Terms of Reference

Consultancy for Project Evaluation

 

Caribbean Forum for Liberation and Acceptance of Gender and Sexualities and the Caribbean Vulnerable Communities Coalition (CariFLAGS/CVC) is seeking an experienced evaluation consultant to conduct a comprehensive assessment and evaluation of the “The Rodney Bay CARIFLAGS Compact: A Public-Private Partnership to Support the Human Rights of LGBT Persons in the Caribbean” Project that is being implemented in partnership with the Caribbean Vulnerable Communities (CVC).

 

Expression of Interest

Interested individuals should submit the following documents:

  • Curriculum vitae outlining specific relevant experience
  • Supporting documents
  • A sample of related evaluation report
  • A detailed plan outlining proposed activities ,outcomes and timeline
  • Budget of consultancy
