Turning the Tide from Robert Barker on Vimeo.

This is a video documentary that captures highlights of a regional consultation convened by the CVC/COIN in Montego Bay, Jamaica under the PANCAP Global Fund Project. The consultation took place under the theme “Identifying Core Service Provision Elements: Current, Potential and Unmet Needs.” and brought together human-rights leaders, advocates and activists from more than 20 Caribbean organizations representing the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) communities and other human rights entities. It looked at a broad range of issues including service provision to members of the LGBT communities, capacity building for organization serving these communities and identifying key barriers to scaling up services to the LGBT community across the Caribbean.
